Exact Quote © Subscription Agreement - current as of October 1, 2019

Exact Quote © is a subscription based service that is used to provide vehicle quotes to potential lease and finance customers. It is also used to provide details about vehicle trade(s) with other dealerships and quote payment increase on vehicle related products.  

One subscription to Exact Quote © is for one dealership. Dealerships that are a part of a dealer network or dealership group are considered separate dealerships that would require a separate subscription to Exact Quote ©.

Time to time, subscribers agree to supply Exact Quote © with access to vehicle details of the OEM vehicles it sells. These details include, but not limited to vehicle MSRPs, cost prices, trim levels, packages, and colours. Additional details such as the OEM leasing and financing program, residual rates, and incentives.

It is the responsibility of the employees and workers at the dealership to perform due diligence to ensure that all information is correct prior to providing to their potential customer or trading dealership. If an inaccurate quote is used by a dealership, Exact Quote © is not responsible for damages a dealership may incur.

If a dealership violates these terms of use, the dealerships  subscription to Exact Quote © may be terminated. This decision is solely  the decision of Exact Quote ©.
